I have a new shero in the technical arena, Rae Hoffman from a little hole in the wall in Canada. She is smart and irreverent and she tells it like it is in language that us not really technical people can understand. She is primarily able to do this because she is not a born techie either But she is adamant that she can figure something out and I admire that trait.
Rae specializes in search engine optimization and social network marketing and she can track down a problem like a bloodhound if a website is not getting the hits that she thinks it should. I am impressed. She wrote this article for newer Facebook users that I thought was right on.
