Technical Support and Additional Web Design/Development Hours

We are just a small team and we like to give our undivided attention to the clients we are working with at the time. This does not mean that we forget you when we have finished your site, but we do get lots of phone calls and e-mails for on-going help. In order to be able to provide the best service for our clients, I have put together a way for all of us to feel great about scheduling work requests.

Pre-Purchase Technical Support Hours

If you want us to  help you trouble shoot a problem with your site or social media app,  or do additional programming or tweaks  to websites we are requesting that you  pre-purchase a package of hours from us. (note: site maintenance fees cover only site backups and upgrades). We will be happy, you will be happy. We will track the time and give you  the balance of what you have remaining after each session with us.

Pre-Paid VIP Package Rates ( for our existing website clients):

1 hour: $125.00 per hour 125.00
2 hours $100.00 per hour 200.00
4 hours  $95.00 per hour 380.00
6 hours  $90.00 per hour 540.00
8 hours  $85.00 per hour 680.00
10 hours $80.00 per hour 800.00

We bill on fifteen minute increments and track the time in your chart.

1 hour: $150.00 per hour 150.00
2 hours $125.00 per hour 250.00
4 hours  $110.00 per hour 440.00
6 hours  $100.00 per hour 600.00
8 hours  $95 .00 per hour 760.00
10 hours $90.00 per hour 900.00
